How do I place an order?
Choose the item you like, add it to your cart, enter your delivery details and complete payment at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can help only if the order has not already been packed or dispatched.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation after a successful payment. Please keep your order ID for future support.
Shipment
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer for remote locations or due to courier delays.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with your Order ID or AWB number to view the latest shipment status.
Where do you deliver?
We currently ship within India. Please enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability.
What if my package is delayed?
Courier delays can happen because of weather, high-volume periods or delivery constraints. Check the tracking page first, then contact us if you need help.
Refunds & Cancellation
When can I request a refund?
Refunds are considered for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
What proof is needed for a refund request?
Please share your Order ID, clear photos of the issue and a clear, continuous video of opening the package.
Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
Refunds are not provided for personal preference, including minor variations in finish, colour or styling. Please see the Cancellation & Refunds policy for full details.
How long does a refund take?
After approval and inspection, the return process generally takes 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment gateway may take a few more days to reflect the refund.
